THE PROBLEM

UI INCONSISTENCIES

Upon the initial discovery phase of TRIPP's VR app, the most prominent observation was the lack of a defined design system for UI components. There were inconsistencies with panel colours and padding, button placement and sizing, and typography treatment, from one modal to the next. This resulted in an unpolished visual representation of the product that had a huge negative impact on user retention and conversion rates.

Defined a system of components that act as a reference guide for the Engineering team when setting up their prefab hierarchy in Unity

Reduce guessing rate of engineers with design implementation

Created a structured UI asset folder for Engineers to source from

Established TRIPP's branding language and guidelines that are now applied company-wide across marketing and product teams
